I think it feels more or less the same pre vs post contract. Once we signed (hopefully signed), there has been stuff needing ironing out. Small changes to language and work rules changed and my impression is crew members have little awareness that stuff or what.
With COVID, DHL has dropped certain trips and placed us doing Europe stuff. Leipzig, Koln, and East Midlands are the places. Amazon flights have changed from doing one city to flying another. Whispers of planes is possible. New hires currently can expect to be on reserve for a year, maybe less. (Someone else can perhaps chime in on that.)
Mgmt still seems to trickle down the same attitude and the working relationship is the same. Imho. All in all...its the same as it was before. No certain growth, but signing in something ends most of the bs and shows stability.

Seriously, though, it seems like things are really looking up for you guys, and the suggestion that things were being postponed and such seemed to cast the wrong light, which is why I looked at the date on the post after realizing this was a thread bump.

Look up Whipsaw. Thats all you need to really know.
Not sure it still applies but there is no trip trading, dropping of trips, your schedule is your schedule and thats it.
Used to be 12 hours of R1 with you guessed it, 12 hours of R1 12 hours later, rinse and repeat. Used to be 17 days no matter what, now maybe 16 with the new contract (IDK). Unless you live within 10 minutes of the DHL ramp at CVG just move on to a real job
