You're worse, and more obvious, than a pay day advance loan spokesperson

You work on the 3rd floor fess up cuz YOUR NOT 4th

By reading your post you're all junked up on Morgan Stanley's coffee need to stay in your cube.

You can post anywhere on here and say whatever you want but if your management you should refrain from anything dealing with ATLAS. Otherwise enjoy!

Bagel coffee and some ATSG reading is a good way to start the day, not ATLAS

Not quite, the filing actually acknowledges the court does not have jurisdiction to interpret the case and seeks only to have the judge compel the Company Grievance to be put forth to the System Board with an arbitrator to determine the merits.

This is just a delaying tactic. The NMB already sided with the union on the matter as both Atlas and Southern had already begun section 6 negotiations before the butt missile merger was announced. A judge won't see it any differently.

The NMB has not ruled yet.

I just submitted two more airline apps (total of 6 now updated and current). Im even looking at jumping over to Kalitta air at this point. Even at second year pay at atlas. I would make the same first year and way more the second. Could at least wait it out there getting paid. Until the big money calls.
Sad that Atlas could have been a great career. They chose to go the way of the dodo bird though.

You're sort of in limbo until day 366 with the company... worst case scenario would be some big time labor dispute (like this lawsuit may shape up to be) and the company can screw with you because the union rules don't apply.
Thanks for the clarification

I misspoke. The mediator sided with us.
