Do not apply at atlas !
Today..... Atlas filed a lawsuit against their pilots to try to force a contract amalgamation down the throats of Atlas and Southern pilots.
DO NOT APPLY AT ATLAS! DO NOT LET YOUR FRIENDS APPLY AT ATLAS!
It is now going to get really ugly at Atlas over the coming months and it would suck to be an FNG on probation!

Fear-mongering will get people to read your (duplicate) posts, but how about some details.
Has each individual pilot been served with a lawsuit, or is the union named? Also, do you have a link to the suit? What relief is being sought?
Most important for pilots thinking about applying, what are the specific threats to a probationary pilot as a result of this suit?

No link yet. The court has to publish it. 24 to 48 hours.
They are trying to force the amalgamation of the Atlas contract and the Southern Contract. So we end up with worse then we have now.
As far as probationary pilots....Atlas has a very recent history of firing pilots on probation. 2 in the last year that I personally know. Probably more.

Growth? Bahahaha. We are losing more pilots than we are hiring. Good one! It assures we WON'T grow.

Our rates are about 70% of what Kalitta Air's rates are and Southern's rates are about 60% of Kalitta's. All the job security in the world won't make up for pay rates and work rules that are so insultingly sub-standard.
I have to say that in the 14 posts that you have put up, you sound more and more like a management puke. And an ignorant management puke at that.
Atlas won't be able to staff any of those Amazon planes if they can't hire and keep pilots on the seniority list. We have about 1500 pilots now and 34 left last month alone. Their decisions are resulting in an unsustainable staffing situation. Suing the pilot group and forcing an even worse contract is only going to exacerbate fouling up the Amazon opportunity.
