My worry now, it's too late to turn the ship. The attrition will continue to accelerate and the hiring will continue to be poor. This will cause us to lose customers and flying. As the airline shrinks and parks planes because of the lost flying. The next thing will be the "f word"... furloughs!!

Seems K4 have been getting quite a few app's from Atlas types. We need 120+ new hires this year for the aircraft due to be added and our attrition can now be counted on one hand with fingers left over.
