AT LE$$ management just released a statement declaring that Florida West is being shut down. That outfit has never been anything more than a front for a money laundering operation. Dan McHugh intended to use it as a weapon against the Southern pilots. Bill Flynn wound up with this turd in the acquisition, and briefly considered a similar strategy, but ultimately the whole thing was toxic.

You must also have the required key management personnel in place. I seriously doubt the FAA would give exemptions to put a couple of mid-level managers with zero applicable experience on the certificate, and I can't see them shelling out a couple million for people with the necessary experience to shuffle papers in the basement until Bezos decides one way or the other.
