So its a respond only if you already work at Omni or will agree with the post thread? I did not see that in the thread title. As far as working at Omni..that's the kicker....they would not have a choice. You guys are sure sensitive about stuff you don't like to hear....its just an OPEN DISCUSSION BOARD! ...try not to wig out over every unexpected post.

Are any of the potential new hires utilizing an interview prep. agency? If so is there one you recommend for Omni, specially?

We are still a lot less formal than others, but it is trending that way to where resume and interview prep could make the difference. Just look at the crazy number of applications we’re getting now at each window.
