This is a question best for H.R. and not this forum as no one here can give you the asnswer. There are discrimination laws which prohibit a definitive answer to this question. As of recent we’ve Hired a few who are not yet citizens. Best of Luck in your application process.

It is the busy flying season. Most of the people that do the interviewing are out flying or doing New Hire training. Just because your available doesn't mean they are, so have some patience with the process. You will get a call if you meet the qualifications and are competitive with the influx of candidates.
