Since nobody has bit the interview info in the other threads is correct.

Meet and greet, written test (must pass but aided, not difficult), sim eval, briefing and QA... nothing super technical or formal as far as we know (though the people administering the interviews have changed over, or will be).

QOL and Morale with new contract and management changes is at an all time high.

300-350 a year seems to be about the norm.

I applied March 9. They emailed me back on March 15 to fill out an FO Application Packet. I submitted it on March 18. Then April 6, they called to schedule an interview. On April 19, I interviewed in Miami, FL. The interview process was pretty seamless. The interviewers picked us up at the hotel. We rode over to Pan Am. They gave us a run down of the company with a Q and A session. We then took a 20 question written test. Basic IFR, METAR, plan descent, etc. Then a 15 minute panel interview. We went down the street for lunch. Lastly, that day we did sim evals in a 737NG sim. It was quick, takeoff, vectors, questions, approach, missed, coupled approach. I was offered a position on the same day. HR was on hand to do fingerprints and we went to drug test that evening. I was back at airport at 7pm to fly home. The whole process was relaxed and everyone was super friendly. I'm really looking forward to OAI.
