I don't really care if I'm worth 50% or more of what a Delta pilot is worth. What I do know is that I am worth working under the number Omni is proposing. If you feel you're worth more or you feel you need more then by all means go to Delta. What I do know is it's not worth stalling this thing into next year to get us out of the gutter. The next few days should yield an answer.
Oh, by the way, which work rule at Delta let's me not worry about commuting?

Don't be a sell out and don't be a coward! Delta, UPS, FedEx, AA and UAL did not get what they have by settling for crap.....THEY HAD TO FIGHT FOR IT!

if you feel you and your family are worth more than 50% of a Delta Pilot for flying the same equipment under much harsher conditions THEN YOU HAVE TO FIGHT FOR IT!

By your logic no wonder K4 left. Keep it up... you'll have your own shop soon all to yourselves.

But either you are afraid to fight for it or you just are not smart enough to see that if you settle for less it drags down the entire segment of the industry.
And nobody is stopping you from leaving. Feel free. I could not care less if you left, it is your right to leave.

I would rather have a small union of intelligent and tough members then a bunch of cowardly sell outs.

You just can't fix stupid.
Yet I am sure that in negotiations their N.C. is using the rates and work rules of other airlines to demand increases.
Save your breath Cargo Pirate. They are a lost cause.

Of course we will. The only surprise to me was that it took almost two days for the drivel to reemerge. I don't think it will last long because it shouldn't.
Yes, yes, yes; nobody is forcing me to read it. Unfortunately, glutton for punishment that I am, as with the other thread I keep hoping that I might find some actual information one day. Instead, just the same rival packs of stray dogs howling the same unchanging off-key song at themselves, each other and at the moon.
I expect this thread will be closed rather quickly. Until then, my optimism (which will one day be my downfall) will keep me coming back hoping for and checking for some news.

And the work rule at Delta that lets you not worry about commuting is the one that pays 100k more so you can simply buy tickets and still end up with millions more at retirement.

To the actual Omni folks... anyone have an idea of how today's session went? I believe this was intended to wrap up on the 23rd, so I would imagine there's a few more days before written information starts being communicated from the official sources.
