Default How long for results after Atlas Interview?

Just curious how long guys have been waiting for a result after their Atlas interview and if they’re getting class dates a month out or as short as 1-2 weeks out.

If you try hard enough most are getting out within a month or two of being hired at atlas!

I would go to Omni before Atlas, seriously.

My guess is that if you showed for an interview that you'll be in class before the end of February. The no shows for classes started in early January this year.

I just can't understand why anyone is showing up for interviews and class dates at Atlas.

Pilots at Kalitta are making a **** ton more money and are much happier. Even pilots at Western Global are making more money.

Omni will have a new contract long, long before Atlas.

Regionals are paying bonuses higher than you will earn for an entire year at Atlas. And the upgrade time is much, much faster.

Current Atlas pilots are trying to bail out as fast as humanely possible! There is a reason for that. The place sucks because of current management.

Why is anyone coming to Altas?

Because K4 and even WGA won't hire someone with 2000hrs or less and no PIC time, Atlas will and there are still a handful of people out there willing to fly for just about nothing if it means getting to take a 747 all around the world. I wouldn't do it and wouldn't recommend it to anyone, however as someone with only a little over 2000hrs I have to admit that it was tempting not long ago until I did more research.

As I read this, I see an ad for Trans States Airlines offering 86k in total annual compensation as an FO with fast upgrades.

At Atlas you will not make half that your first year. With a court appointed amalgamated contract on the way at Atlas, pay cuts with more days on per month is what the future is shaping up to be.

The Atlas grass is getting browner and more brittle every month. 🤔
