Bonuses are subject to a 22% flat rate as it’s considered supplemental income

Was supposed to be 10K if you were here for that time period. But instead of giving it all in September, they took it back, dividing the 10K by 12 months, gives you $833/mth until September, then 5 months already accrued from October '19 through Feb. '20. But you still will not get that 5 accrued months unless you stay until the end of September. Add it all up, and you are back to that original 10K bonus. The SHELL game at its best... because BVL thinks we suck at math, and "those idiots aren't smart enough to figure out my shell game". BVL...you suck at the shell game, I am not that smart, but I can see the pea, went to the other shell. Took away the 10k, then gave it back, and called it a raise..... NICE TRY.... SOS, DD ( same ol sh**, diff day )

I’m all good didn’t realize you missed me.

Well even if you left before the 10K went in effect you weren’t going to get it so that hasn’t changed.

The bonus was a joke. I care more about hourly potential. I can make more in 3 days with my hourly rate than the 10K.

what we’re trying to say and no I’m not a disgruntled employee is that, you either have to break guarantee or work overtime.

Bonuses are taxed at the same rate as all income
just different withholding Incase it changes your planned tax bracket

I do agree with mexi
i’ll take the hourly rate increase over a bonus any day of the week

The increase in the ability to make more money is staggering compared to the bonus

If you are here for the minimum guarantee and nothing else this probably isn’t the place for you

Believe it or not, there are actually pilots here that enjoy charter, and the wide variety of flying we do. doesn't mean that we don't want to see serious improvements.

Agreed with you.i left swift air and they owe me my allowances for the 14 days off.i applied this job thru brookefield aviation based in united kingdom.my contract is 6 weeks on 2 weeks off. They are willing to buy the 2 weeks off but as of today no payment. I went to their office in uk and they informed me that swift air said they did not utilise my 2weeks off.basically do nit join swift air and do not take or apply any job thru brookefield aviation. They are lying. Their contract as worth as a toilet paper. Chief pilot is just a title. i dont need mention his name here as u guys know who am i talking about. Swift air is basicaly mix and match.i totally agreed with you.rostering staff name tammy is a backstabber.

You have no scope through us. Sue brookefield. If it’s not in your contract then it’s null and void since you’re not a direct employee
