Not enough to break guarantee. Anyone that tells you otherwise is a liar.
The lines are designed that way on purpose.
Right now there is a major problem with observing seniority for upgrade, fair treatment for pay, and improving QOL. You are much better off working elsewhere. This company is not fully staffed and has resorted to subverting the pilot group in favor of contract DEC’s and F/O’s! What other companies in the USA do you know of, that have a problem attracting first officers-to the point where they offer higher pay to contract foreign pilots with FAA credentials?
This is not a desirable place to work right now. Morale is at an all time low. People are leaving, management could care less.
Im not being the least bit dramatic.
Tiredsoul was absolutely right.

MIA is normally 60-80 hours, the only issue they’re having is they’re not going to into CCS now instead now they’re going to SDQ. So the 7hr flight has become a 5hr block flight. Slight reduction in block hours, due to the problems in Venezuela.
Still see the overtime postings. We’re in a transition month to summer flying. End of May we start vacation express with the first 2 planes and the it ramps up in June. Our SJU flying will begin as well.
Company said we added another 1000hrs or so of flying June and July domestically.
I’m home based I’ve been at about 65hrs a month. Should pick up here when I start VEX this week. Those are 8hrs a day of flying.
