Ok..no BS. Swift would be a great fit for me (Live in S FL), but I'm concerned about some of the posts on here, specifically about the Chief Pilot and Management. What's the quality of life like? I've heard the CP is a complete tool and makes it miserable there..PM if preferred. Thanks

I really don’t understand why they didn’t reduce the power and just continue like real pilots.
