Its the normalization of deviation.
The deviant cadre of pilots who accept the pay for play standard silently rely on scheduling to cover the tracks. Some are about to retire and dont care, others are just greedy yet ironically try to take the high road and complain about the company, while working 10 days in a row and believing that the 30 hour rest can be moved around to satisfy the needs of the company.
You as the CP are complicit because you know exactly when they need your butt out of GSO and on the line. And Im sure your first question is “we cant find someone to do it? :wink wink:” followed by, “is my girl working it?”. Also, you cant tell me (nor the FAA for that matter) that you arent aware of the continuing 117 issues and resultant staffing conflicts for an already understaffed pilot group.
Havent you wondered why they didnt make you the DO?
It must really frost your apples to know they took an RJ pilot more seriously than you for the job...especially when you know, that they know, just how effed up the operation is and how much underhanded dealing occurs to keep the operation running on your say so...
...that kinda means they dont even consider you a possible blackmail threat LOL. What do you even do in that office?

Pretty Big entrance with your first two post. Re the raises, while the CEO did say that there were raises next month, no amount was mentioned. As for the DO position, none of the GoJet people have the background that I know of for the position
