Again at some point they have to address it, otherwise their company will fail and they don’t want that to happen I Aero doesn’t want that to happen, it’s coming surely sooner than later, I would hope by October it’s set in stone.

Says who? Whos your contact in GSO?
We got an insider yall!
You need to stop BS-ing here-we all heard how quickly the iAero team brushed over the question of pay raises. But here you are talkin bout October.
We still gettin 767’s? No?
How about NG freighters? No?
How about that JeppFD AMM feature? No?
How about better schedules? No?
Bi-monthly pilot call? No?
Temporary contract pilots not getting fulltime offers? No?
Ok then....

Also I’m not saying everything is peaches and cream here, however if we work with the company instead of against as a pilot group, I believe they will be more inclined to help us out. But I understand some have other views and opinions. To me the pilot culture and coming to work happy makes a huge difference I don’t want to fly with a complainer or disgruntled individual all day long for 6 days.

Even before iAeroGroup, a group of people tried to sit down with the company leadership to discuss work rules, quality of life / work issues, seniority callout rules.
Bet most Pilots don't know that we have a Flight Crew Addendum, that the company refuses to follow. Been trying to get changes to that as well. It was supposed to be done 6 months ago.
Jeff90. Sir, I don't know how long you have been at Swift, but I venture to say that you have been SWIFTED....
You just have not reached that level of FRUSTRATION as yet.

Are you trying to go somewhere else or stay there and accept mediocre compensation, work rules and benefits? If you do, don't push that agenda on others. Some of us actually want to retire with a net worth of several 7 figures....
Swift sucks, go in there knowing what you're getting yourself into, get your type, time and get out. Worked for me and I can tell you, the grass IS greener. So sick and tired of predatory management types thriving of the back loin of my fellow aviators, this isn't 2008 any more.

Heard they hired a street Captain that suddenly became the Director of Training, that may fit that billing.
Let go from several other companies, but had a solid landing in Swift.
