Bidding is by seniority still the old school way of PDF format, 12 days off currently for all bases, you would never know what is on demand or not usually most everything is booked a couple days out, sometimes your reserve day will turn into a flight because a Airplane went AOG, your days off are your days off unless you want to work or they ask.

Please see the post.. " EASTERN IS HIRING " . If you are qualified to work at Swift, you are definitely qualified to work at Eastern. And the little secret NOT, mentioned here....
THEY PAY A WHOLE LOT MORE, from year one. In both seat positions.
Swift's penny pinchers are willfully ignorant to that fact.

737 Cargo Operation Agreement in Principal... DHL and MESA...
Go over to the MESA, regional thread. Have a look see what they are talking about. Guys, we need to get real....
This should be interesting. Guessing Swift's managment knows about this deal, that is why pay raises are NOT coming to Swift any time soon. Once again SWIFTED by Boris and the Gang. Perhaps even iAero is in on it....

Default Crew Scheduling in dissaray

What.
This is nothing new. But this time, so many people are leaving in January, Pilots and F/A's, that the schedule for January was completely whiped out.
It appears that the MIA based Pilots are totally fed up, and are using sick time at record levels.
WONDERING WHAT CAUSED THAT.
But then again, its flu season. Is it not.

When your sick your sick, but if all sick calls come on Christmas if that’s what happened you have to wonder if every single call out was truly sickness, I’m not by any means advocating it did happen.

I also believe they have hired helped for the travel side so that’s all those guys do hopefully it will get better.

The wheels appear to be coming off the donkey cart. Sadly, I think this needs to happen to show the investors/new owners what happens with greedy, micro managing leadership.

Default Job well done by the crew

A plane carrying the University of Kansas men's basketball team made an emergency landing.

The entire crew earned their underpaid salaries yesterday.
