The company does provide a mini van at the hotel for students. It's up to the group to schedule the use between the group. Rooms have a small fridge and microwave. There is a Walmart Super Store and a few food joints next to the training hotel also. Downstairs in a common room there are cockpit mock ups to practice flows and free breakfast in the morning.

It's a solid 80 hours of CBT material. Some is not required to be completed prior to arrival; however once the fire hose gets turned on you'll wish you'd done them all prior to arrival.

Definitely pay close attention to the systems end of module quizzes. I'd even suggest copying the questions and answers as a study guide since there will be a systems test the day you show up for ground.

Welcome aboard. Great crews. Great Instructors. Study hard. They'll give you the tools and direction, its up to you to use them correctly to get the finished product.

Material is currently somewhat scattered among several manuals. Learning which manual to go to is important, since for some things it is not intuitive at all.

I appreciate the heads up! All the CBTs are done so now I’m just focusing on the systems test. Trying to leave that first week open to start locking down the memory items, flows and limitations...

Default About that systems test.....

Anyone have any insight on how in depth that systems test one day one is? It’s a lot of material for sure so just wondering if focusing on the end of module quizzes is sufficient as a “going back through” study guide......I think I’m overthinking it but man that’s a lot of material for a test not much is known about.....I guess welcome to the big boy job lol. See y’all in a few days

Frankly, it covers a lot. Not sure if it’s changed recently, but if not, you’ll be more than prepared from the CBTs.

Skip the commercial study guides. If you can answer all the end of module systems quiz questions you’ll be fine. They never test you on anything they haven’t already given you. Can’t stress to you enough to just concentrate on the quiz questions and understanding why those are the right answers.
