Nacho problem.

But yeah... you're right, let's just have a free for all. Next hiring window lets put all the gouges in the Fractional section.
You're on. See you there.

How much credit do you normally get for the 18-day stretch?

Guarantee, unless you're on Secret Squirrel flying, that's for 16. If they use your override days and take you to 18, it's like another grand.

Window is open per email from on high today.

Thanks for the info. I'm really done with regional flying but idk if I could take that sort of pay cut. I'll work my numbers.

Guarantee is 64, most rarely fly over that. 2 of the 18 are over ride days and they rarely use you on, but it does happen. If not those days are at home unless they actually use you. They will be at the start or end of the other 16 days. If used those go above guarantee. Plan on 16 away for 64 guarantee.
You can add to your pay by taking coach on the international DH’s instead of the big seats.

Hiring window open until the 5th

If you take a pay cut to come from an RJ to Kalitta or Omni, I would be shocked. Flabbergasted even. I guess if you’re top tier super RJ, instructor, CP, fleet manager, working OT and counting your per diem. Boff these airlines are 6 figures for FO’s.

Without gaming the scheduling system... which regional is paying 7400/8300 for an FO per month for 16/18 days?

Screw the numbers. Take the (worth it, believe me) (temporary) pay cut.

I never did the regionals so I can't speak directly the comparison, but this job is pretty great.

Endeavor Air captains can make an easy 200k but that takes going down to 10 days off every month and over 10 years seniority. New captains can easily bring home about 170k per year. No gaming just picking up open segments. From reading Omni posts, it seems like many of you like it there and that is very inviting.

Last question for now, is the Las Vegas flying pretty junior or senior on the FO side?
