Deadhead pay should definitely be addressed. I’m deadheading as much as I’m flying these days for no extra pay. It’s hard to break min guarantee with the way they build the trips unless you are willing to work on your days off.

Just get your flows and call outs down. Study for the oral. Work with your sim partner every day, hopefully y’all click well and makes the training process better. Make sure to also take time to decompress
