When you are eligible for captain the seniority footprint will be completely different. One step at a time. Worry about that when the time comes.

Missing sealant, wrong bolts, wrong part numbers, not torqued, no safety, and clearly a RII item, so multiple eyes and inspections required. Were I crew on that flight, I'd be sitting in jail for beating the ever living **** out of those who did the work, and those who signed it off. And the director of maintenance, on principle.
