I've only seen three people continuously complain on this forum, and the other two have gone on hiatus since covid.

Hiring 8 a month. We’re working our pool and interviewing once a month via zoom. Best help is if you know someone internally so they can put an internal rec.

Most junior bases expect 18on 12off. You’ll have to come in the night before on day 1. Aex bro and sat are junior.
Upgrade is definitely I’d say over a year right now.
