Swift Air 737 unsafe gear, blown tire @MIA

VAS Aviation already has this up on their YouTube channel. Left inside tire blew on landing, was down to the rim.

Cool video. Maybe too good:

A) It seems like they were aware of a problem when they arrived

B) I’m not sure I understand a line between unsafe gear and a blown tire

Yes, the crew did know that they had a problem. That airplane had been written up several times already for the unsafe gear light.

Understand. Don't understand how/if this is connected to the blown tire?

Pretty typical of the operation

Isn't that video really old though?
