I just drove down that road with an instructor buddy of mine that picked me up on a 5 hour MIA layover. We both looked at the hangars and shook our heads in unison. No words needed to be spoken.

So let me get this straight.......

Management is giving the middle finger to the pilot group and deliberately violating and defying a
major part of the contract??

Why the hell is the pilot group not taking them straight to court....like....yesterday??

Not doing that sets a dangerous and terrible precedent for the WHOLE INDUSTRY.

Hell....I’d get the Fla attorney general involved as well and see if there are any criminal statutes they can be charged with in addition to civil court
