Just furloughed 31 pilots, 27 remaining on property. They broke our contractual rights to offer COLA or voluntary furloughs and skipped right to involuntary. They are also refusing to pay us our furlough pay or vacation pay. Both are in the CBA.
With 4 days notice they are putting 31 pilots and a ton of flight attendants and staff on the street with their last paychecks on March 31st. Medical insurance will also end on March 31. The court has not thrown out our contract. They just decided they were gonna wipe their ass with our CBA. good luck guys. |
