-Implementing fatigue management program, reducing max duty day to 12 hours
-Raising Phenom 300 PIC pay to $110K/yr, FO pay $80K. $12K bonus for newly hired Phenom PIC's
-compensatory rest for working beyond their schedule, working on days off limited to 4 per month on the 8/6 schedule.
-looking to hire 70 more pilots in 2022.
