You will find FL450, dc10pilot, obob866 don't have much to add except how good this company is. They are lifers here! All FL450, dc10pilot, and obob866 like to is attack anyone who doesn't agree with them.

That's funny, I believe you were here a lot longer than I've been before you left for FedEx. I'm sorry I don't spread frivolous doom and gloom on this company. There are lots of things that can be better but there are much worse companies to work for as well. Depends on how you look at the glass.

I guess you think you know who I am. Don't know why you think I am at FedEx from but I'm still here at Omni. I'm not one of the ones that got hired last year, I didn't make it thru the interview. Don't know how long you've been here but I am an 08' hire. This place sucks and I am trying to leave. The junior pilots are bailing like rats off a sinking ship!

Not Competent
The Standards Captain is the laughing stock of the training department and is a real tool. The dude likes to try and fart on you when you are in the sim or cockpit. He has no business being the Standards Captain. The Chief Pilot is also a tool and will step on any pilot he can! THANK GOD THE FLEET MANAGERS ARE COMPETENT!
Sounds like you are one of the guys managment seems to have to hold hands through training.

I've been through too many ground schools to count but I thought Omni's was pretty thorough and more than adequate. One of my old friends taught our indoc and he knows as much about flying big jets around the world as anybody alive. The one thing they do lack and really need in my opinion is a computer based CDU trainer. The Aero Sim product they use is very inadequate for learning the FMC CDU if you're new to the Pegasus format.

The sad thing is the Aero Sim for 767 is one of the better products out there, I don't think there is anything better.

You show your ignorance in the fact that you don't even know the proper titles of people here at Omni.
And you refer to the Fleet Managers (as plural with an "s") there is only one titled Fleet Manager at Omni and that is on the 767.
Check your facts before you open you mouth.
