Default Omni Air Questions

Two weird questions, I'm just curious, and I didn't exactly know where to post it. Any information would be great.

(1) Does the Omni 757/767 have OP SPECs for RNAV(GPS) approaches?

(2) Where do they park all the 767-300s at DFW?

Thanks!

No GPS approaches. Park over at West Cargo.

How many out there are waiting for IOE, and how long have you been waiting? Anyone have to return to the sim for landing currency and/or COK reset before IOE?

it was 2 1/2 months for me but that was spring of 10. For those of you that care I will be in Tulsa for recurrent and will try to find out when the interviews will start again. Last I heard was maybe in May. Also first officer bid is out for the 777 and out of 15 slots over half was DC-10 F/Os so guys in the pool might want to think Douglas.

the FOs going from the 10 to 777 are already covered by the last couple of classes and maybe some upgrades of FEs to FOs - openings are on the 757/767 for new hires

Is there any difference between the Douglas and Boeing fleets in terms of schedules, variety of routes (i.e., more adhoc charter), etc.? Do you ever get people switching between Boeing (757/767) and Douglas on the FO side or do people just wait for upgrades and sit on their own fleet? Also, how many more 777s likely on the property in a few years (potentially replace the 10s)?

I've got an ex-fractional buddy who has 757 time and he's looking... Personally, if I were looking I'd love to fly the DC10 (at better wages)- it's a classic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
