Do you need a 737 type for a legacy? Otherwise, somewhat lateral for you.

I'd say probably not as well... if you are a gambling man, well then it's up to you. You would take a big pay cut and QOL for a long time. The attrition that management and other pilots thought has not really happened. The top 30ish of the FO's don't leave or upgrade. Those are the lines with the most days off and credit. If you upgrade you will be on reserve for years.... min days off, min credit, and no way to change that. The management and ownership can't figure out to grow they need to get the hometown airline crap out of their plan... If they could open another base and add more flying then you would see some movement.

I would. There is a reason the employees stuck around through the ups and downs. It has a lot of positives. Unless you really like what you are doing, if you have an offer take it. No reason not too. MSP is closing and here is your chance to get out of the FFD model.

Can you give a list of the positives VS. other 737/320 operators? Thanks.

Yes, I would like to see that list as well.
Beech and I cross paths often. We see many of the same things...

Who knows. This place is transforming on a monthly basis with more changes coming down the pipe.
