Nobody mentions the firing that have been going on , I believe about 5 pilots in the last two - three months , some with 20 some years seniority and allegedly for " first offence "
ALPA has their work cut out for them and word on the street is that they have not been too successful .

We have a Chief pilot for a whole 300 pilots or less , he has a base chief pilot ( for a whole one base ) these two have a secretary and she has an assistant and between all of them they still can't get it right.

"The Eagan-based airline announced late Monday it has hired Jude Bricker to lead the company. Bricker previously worked for Allegiant Air.."

I actually like it. He was a huge reason for their exponential growth over the last few years. People liked him there it sounds like.

This is definitely a good thing. Hopefully the new CEO communicates what the airline is endeavoring into moving forward.

This could be an exponential leap forward for Sun Country. He made $3MM in total compensation at Allegiant last year so either something's really bad to make him leave, or there's something really good he thinks he can do at Sunny.

Sun Country pilots should start researching the term "Seniority List Integration."

Smells like Allegiant and Sun Country will be combining soon.

Remember Richard Anderson's lineage.

Allegiant is buying SCA, eventually.
He didn't quit Allegiant, as much as he was placed at SCA.
Talk to the Allegiant people who were surprised at his "departure" from the company in May. This is just the steps taken prior to a buy-out.

But would it make sense that they improve the heck out of the product to buy it when it's bolstered up? Or could this be something they already did at a possible predetermined price? I don't know. Not a business scholar.

Does anyone have a good HR contact at Sun Country? I've had my app in for a while and haven't heard anything back.

6000TT, over 2500 in the NG, with 700 being PIC.

Which would be interesting since even ALPA>ALPA list mergers face difficulties.
