Commuting on pm reserve isn't terrible and if you don't have flying on your last day you can usually get released early. You'll likely need a crash pad but a lot of our lines are surprisingly commutable. Our casino and other charters usually involve offline dead heads which can put you somewhere convenient on your first and last day. Generally at sunny the idea is move to msp but a lot of us make it work without too much drama. It's definitely doable to make the commute work.

Hi! Sorry if asked before! Does the training bond get waived if you already have a 737 rating?

The "Alaska to buy Sun Country" rumor seems to keep flaring up for some reason. I guess time will tell, certainly not going to hold my breath

Just got the interview invite. 2700 TT 200 PIC. Just curious if anyone had info on the interview or about how sun country is doing in general. Need to make sure the pay cut and giving up the PIC time building is gonna be a positive move.

I'm not sure one recent trip to Seattle equates to an Alaska buyout. Unless you have more information I don't think the Seattle trip means "SY will be no more." Do you have more info? What if they went out there to meet with Boeing?
