I will

They don't pay on time! Tom, the ex Falcon CP, is yet at another Venezuelan Miami Chief that finds suckers to sign up and lies to the crews.

They have two ex Alaska analog MD80s. I could imagine what mx is like. The head of H.R. Is an ex DAL F/A. I don't know how that qualifies her but you can see what the management team is. The owners are just like the Falcon guys. They are truly remarkable!

As a point the ex Falcon D.O., Rick, is involved in starting Orange Air.

Stay away from these guys and operators. They have been doing this for years and years and it never changes.

I stopped blaming the airlines and blame the FAA for letting these operations continue. Centurion/Skylease, Amerijet etc... Miami has always been the "corrosion corner" of at least the USA and probably the world.

Tom is not Venezuelan. He is I think Dutch. He hired the guy famous on the Internet for flying struck work at Spirit. These guys are something else.

I actually think he is from Netherlands Antilles (Aruba, Curaçao, Bonaire). That would explain his speaking Spanish like a Venezuelan. Regardless, very shady operation!

Actually the HR director is a celebrity here in Miami, he was one of the police officers participating in the famous Miami River Cops, in the late 80's, type his name and you see who this guy is: Arturo Dela Vega.
He is a felon, in prison for 9 years, for drug trafficking, and many other offences.
Voted one of the 10 most corrupt in miami

TVH, if it's the same guy is Dutch. He was a Captain for many years at Eagle, then flew for Challenge Air Cargo until UPS bought them and dumped the pilots. I never worked for him, but when I knew him, he was a great guy, and an excellent pilot.

I heard from a friend of mine, this place is hell.
Some pilot got into some problems with the check airman, a guy that is famous for being a nervous wreck at the controls.
A report was produced, and a captain got fired for supporting this pilot, and the assistant of the safety director also resign, he did not want to take any part on this fake investigation.
Long story short, this ck airman is the CP's
buddy and pal.
Guess what happened.
A friend of this pilot from another company, told him that the CP was planing to set him up for failure at the next check ride.
The words came from the big mouth of the sim instructor, also the CP's pal.
My friend had to resign to protect his license from being screwd.
Yes, they are professionals, rsrsrsrsrsrs
I'll get more details, later on, to be posted.
