I interviewed there about a month ago and was offered a spot in the BE400. They have a new management team from the CEO on down and seem to have their stuff together. A large investment firm threw a bunch of $$$ at them and I got the feeling the place isn't going to be as bad as it used to be, but who knows. The interview was more of a "get to know you" session than anything. They even bought us lunch! I accepted the job but my current employer upped my pay once I told them I was leaving so I decided to stay as I didn't want to move to FXE from MCO.

Starting pay in the left seat for the BE400 was around 60/65. There is no longevity pay but they did say they were working on that.
As far as Steve M goes, I don't recall meeting or hearing his name but I could be wrong.

New investor & new CEO have zero aviation experience. The fleet has been cut in half in less than 6 months. Most of fleet aircraft are 15 years and older. The company has more executives and managers than they have airplanes. There is very little flying. Plenty of furloughs and layoffs of mechanics, pilots and support staff as airplanes leave.
At only 10 planes, the company employs a VP of Mx, DOM, Chief Inspector, & Mx Planner but still can't make more than 50% of the fleet available. And even if they could, sales can't sell trips.
CEO has a boating industry background. The new DO replacing JD claims he is an ex FlexJet/Jet Solutions DO with the initials FT.
They changed their name to Privaira and changed the Pilot uniform to attempt to eliminate the negative stigma of Sky Limo. Now the pilots are wearing orange epaulets. Their new website is full of old avantair piaggio marketing photos including one of SS's daughter but there are no piaggio's on the certificate.
No hiring going on yet, but most of the current pilots are looking to leave asap.
