Keep an eye on how much the auto freight haulers fly in june. That will be a good indicator of how things are going. If you hear a lot of jet usa, ameristar, royal and ifl on the radio, things are good.

Insurance is good... BCBS of Michigan, PPO, VSP, & Delta Dental if I remember correctly. Somewhat low deduct, and they pay for the majority of the premiums. ($120/mo-ish cost to you, which included both dental, vision and the med)
