Default SkyKing Bankruptcy Help (again)

Ok so I need a little help again with their Bankruptcy proceedings.

Sounds like there is an priority hearing on September 18 for an AEG claim.

I received an overnight package from the Bankruptcy court with 4 separate documents. They are:
1.) Request for allowance of Administrative Claim
2.) Memorandum of Points and Authorities in Support of Request for Allowance of Administrative Claim
3.) Declaration of Christopher Clementi in support of request for allowance of administrative claim
4.) Certificate of Service

In a nutshell it sounds like Associated Energy Group (AEG) wants a priority claim hearing to make sure they get their money form SkyKing. Seems SkyKing owes them about 119,000 in past due fuel bills that AEG wants to make sure they get paid for.

Can anyone shed any light on this subject? I am a small claimant in this case but I just want to make sure SkyKing and the lawyers aren't pulling a fast one to get out of paying money to people.

Thanks

Welcome the Supplemental World!
