Any news through the grapevine?

Rumor is Captains are finishing or have finished training.

I'm wondering if there has been any word on F.O.'s or what the realistic hiring mins are for right seat? Pay?
Thanks

I'm curious as well, but this topic might garner more responses in the "Foreign" section.

In addition to it being a US Flag Carrier, it should not be under the Charter Section of APC

I think Baltia is attempting service as a US flag carrier, not supplemental (charter).

Of course this whole thread is dependant on them getting certified, which has been a much more than normal lengthy on-going process.
