Looks like you have no idea what you're talking about. The company continues to scrape the bottom of the barrel for its FOs that it never intends to upgrade, thus the street capts. The bottom of that barrel is so low that there's even been several instances of failed DOT tests.
Avoid this place - the pay is substandard, you will not have a set schedule, maintenance is suspect, and any carrot dangled with upgrade or other aircraft type is rubbish.

Elite Airways has no pay scale and the owner chooses at will when he can give you a raise. He can also chose to downgrade you whenever he wants as well. No Union or Seniority list, everything based on how goodie goodie you are with the schedulers and management. No bonuses and no flow through to Delta, so please tell me how Elite is better than Endeavor? Wow your home based but the ticket they buy you is the cheapest on Travelocity and it’s a middle seat!

Also how many guys showed up for class out of 20? 4-5 guys?

If the pay scales on the 757 are like the ones on the CRJ good luck trying to attract people! 104k will not work for starting pay as a captain on the 757. Guys sling gear on the 757 for double the pay.

Not basing an opinion either way about Elite, for someone who has been part of the APC community less than a month, you sure are bold. You're with Endeavor, that's great. Go to work, collect a check and go home to your family. Just trying to understand all your pent up wasted animosity. Different strokes for different folks. Hoping you contain yourself a little better in the cockpit. By the way, I don't currently work for Elite.

Our first officers will upgrade when they get 1000hrs far121 time. We have trained new hires as captains because they have prior cl65 time. They are paid and act as first officers. Should an existing FO get their 121 time they will upgrade in seniority ahead of someone trained as captain.

Comcrap if this place is such a legit place to work can you please publish the payscales for FOs and Captain rates for both the CRJ and the 757, work rules, retirement, benefits, signing bonuses, etc? Is it also true that if I’m a 4 year FO and I upgrade to Captain, I go back to year one pay for Captain? Also since you are the chief pilot, do you stick up for the pilots or are you the presidents puppy dog?
