I guess we all need to refresh our recollections on some basic definitions;
(1)Hearsay;Hearsay in United States law - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
(2)Slander; Legal Dictionary | Law.com
The really sad thing is that grown men hiding behind the anonymity of the internet while spreading slanderous statements that violate the most basic pillar of our democracy think they know what is best for the Atlas pilot group.
Full disclosure, I will be running and involved in our future.

Now your making me feel unloved and unappreciated. Guess I better go vote for the NextGen slate. They cater to that crowd.
Whatever you may think of me, I don't BS and what I say can be verified.
JA has already violated the principles they chant on the NextGen site. He never really went by them to begin with, it just sounds good for the voters. Voting him in would be like letting the fox into the hen house. He has always been self serving. His most recent section 19 pretty much is a fine example of that. If he can't play well with his own crew and looks out for himself first, how do you expect him to get anything done as an ExCo member/chair for the membership?
Just remember, it's harder to get them out of office than put them in there and we collectively have a lot to loose with the wrong guys in there with the upcoming negotiations coming up.

My point has nothing to do with any slate. It has to do with you and a few others who conveniently can't find your old username/password. You come here preaching your position, today (right, wrong or indifferent), with no reference to your prior opinions.
Isn't that convenient? It means to me that whatever you have to say is purely politically motivated.

I think we may wasting our time on the NextGen mudslinging. They talk "Integrity", but two of the five have some real issues with that in the recent history. MOST I have spoken to have no intention of considering this slate.
The good news, we have four slates to pick from. A very healthy sign for our group.
The bad news is, we are talking about the wrong things, but if you can't trust what is said, issues being debated means nothing.

if you are running (as a stewart I guess) then you should know that Libel is the written form of what you are talking about,,,slander is verbal. As a stewart you need to be much smarter than that and maybe refresh your own memory? you should not be embroiled in politics as it will make you ineffective when your slate does not win,,,anyways the truth is always the defense against libel or slander.
so before you accuse anyone of libel you better be sure that they do not know the truth,,,or that you actually do know the truth.
from wikipedia
There are several ways a person must go about proving that libel has taken place. For example, in the United States, the person must prove that the statement was false, caused harm, and was made without adequate research into the truthfulness of the statement. These steps are for an ordinary citizen. For a celebrity or a public official, the person must prove the first three steps and that the statement was made with the intent to do harm or with reckless disregard for the truth, which is usually specifically referred to as "proving malice".
