A friend of mine was there... Spent more time in the hotel lobby than in the room for. In-payment.

Spent more time on the ramp because the ground handlers were not paid.

Spent lots of time waiting for fuel.... Why??? You guessed it... Contract fuel not paid.

And who wants to work for these bottom feeders?

Please Don't get caught up with them...

As Others have said, and I have experienced, they are a BS Company....You Spend Much Time In The Hotel Lobby Because they Don't HAVE MONEY TO PAY FOR YOUR ROOM...You Wait On The Ramp because RAMPERS DON'T WANT TO LOAD BECAUSE THEY HAVEN'T BEEN PAID!

The Routes They Fly are NOT Typical International Routes, AND, The Resources used To FLY THEM IS SUSPECT AT BEST.

ALL ****HOLE LOCATIONS: GEORGETOWN, GUYANA, PUNTA CANA,DR, CARACAS, VENEZUALA......

In OLD 767'S WITH NO AUTOLAND AUTHORIZATION, NO CAT II OR III CAPABILITY, NO FUNCTIONAL ACARS, NO REAL STATION OPERATIONS ANYWHERE, AND NO REAL SUPPORT ONCE YOU DEPART US SOIL!

More MEL RED STICKERS THAN YOU CAN SHAKE A STICK AT!!!

AUTO THROTTLE, AUTO PILOT, BLEED AIR, ETC.!!!

CONTRACT EMPLOYEES THAT DON'T GET PAID......REGULAR EMPLOYEES GET PAID ON THE 7TH & THE 22ND OF THE MONTH.....7 DAYS AFTER YOUR REGULAR PAY DAY ( 30TH & 15TH), THAT'S BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO FLY TRIPS AND GET PAID FOR THEM BEFORE THEY CAN EVEN THINK OF GUARENTEEING THAT YOU GET PAID!!!!

DURING TRAINING AND IOE, YOU ARE ONLY PAID $100.00/DAY STIPEND...THAT'S IT!!!! YOU DON'T GET REGULAR PAY UNTIL IOE IS COMPLETE..AND THEY TRY TO NIT PICK YOU AND DRAG IT OUT AS LONG AS THEY CAN WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY YOU AT REGULAR PAY!!!!

Maintenance SUCKS BIG TIME, MANAGEMENT SUCKS BIG TIME!!

JIM OSWALD, SAM FOSTER, GARY CARLTON, BILL GREY, LORI DANT, are part of TOP MANAGEMENT THAT SUCKS AND DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU ONCE YOU LEAVE GREENSBORO!

THEIR CHECK AIRMAN, TRACY ROBERTS, JOHN McHUGH, AND MOST OF THEIR INSTRUCTORS AREN'T WORTH THE TOILET PAPER TO WIPE YOUR ASS!!!

ESPECIALLY TRACY ROBERTS!!!!!! AN ASS HOLE WITH A GUYANESE FLIGHT ATTENDANT GIRLFRIEND THAT THINKS HER **** DOESN'T STINK!

They are IN BED WITH THE GUYANESE GOVERNMENT IN ORDER TO GET SLOTS TO LAND IN GUYANA AND THEY FORCE YOU TO STAY IN A DUMP HOTEL THERE CALLED THE "ROIHAMA DUKE LODGE", WHERE THE PLACE IS INFESTED WITH ALL KINDS OF BUGS, FILTHY ROOMS, AWFUL FOOD, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WORST , FILTHY, NASTY GHETTO SLUMS IN THE COUNTRY!

Crewmembers have BEEN ROBBED AND BEATEN WITHIN BLOCKS OF THIS DUMP.....The SLUMLORD OWNER OF THIS HOTEL, HAS SEVERAL OTHER DUMPS HE CALLS HOTEL'S/RESORT LODGES....AND DYNAMIC AIRWAYS MUST USE HIS FACILITIES BECAUSE HE HAS VERY CLOSE TIES WITH THE CORRUPT GOVERNMENT.....IF THEY DON'T USE HIS DUMPS TO HOUSE CREWMEMBERS WHEN ON A LAYOVER, THEN THEY WILL HAVE THE SLOTS REMOVED AND THEY WON'T BE ABLE TO OPERATE INTO GUYANA...AND THEY CAN'T AFFORD THAT!

They have MASSIVE TURNOVER BECAUSE, THEY TREAT YOU LIKE ****, DON'T PAY YOU WELL, AND HAVE YOU FLYING IN AIRPLANES PUT TOGETHER WITH SPIT AND SPEED TAPE.

People ENDURE the PAIN TO GET THE HEAVY INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE IN ORDER TO MOVE ON!

People think being an Airline Pilot is a Glamorous Job.....But, They DON'T GET that you have to pay PAINFUL DUES to get to A REPUTABLE OPERATOR......Until THAT CHANGES........THE BOTTOM FEEDERS, LIKE DYNAMIC AIRWAYS WILL CONTINUE TO THRIVE!!!

Default Dynamic

As a current captain I would largely agree with the previous statements about Dynamic. I plan to leave at the first oppurtunity. I would stop short of naming names and insult other pilots or check airman publicly. That in my humble opinion is beneath the value I place on this profession.
I would highly discourage any individual from considering Dynamic as an employer.
Today we just received notice that a (retroactive) 50% payout is in effect. And the pay will be dulled out over two installments. Let's just say this is not only unethical. But, highly illegal. Not to mention it is over a week late. And then only half pay at that. This is for time already put in. It is beyond disgusting.
Not to mention the bid lines have recently been increased to 20 days a month. Not a single pilot worth his salt is going to stay. I personally will leave this industry before I spend any more wasted time with Dynamic.
The culture is beyond reproach. And management abuses it's people beyond any acceptable practices.
If you think for a minute Dynamic is a good choice for you? Please reconsider. As this place is circling the drain. It's as bad or worse than any 36th street band of liars and cheats.
The pay was already bad. And the "promised" benefits were worse than Obama care. And either never paid or reimbursed. Stay away from any airline that wants you to get a "second passport". They have no interest in doing things right. And certainly have no interest in your well being. So at that I will take my leave. I have a resume to update.

Default This place is unbelievable.

It been one lie after another why payroll is constantly shorted, late or never shows up.
I read everything with this airline coming here with an open mind that maybe it was just online trash talk.
Boy was I wrong!

They do not pay their bills, they have seriously questionable labor practices hiring foreign workers on work visas as "contract" employees their pay is as little as $50-80 US a month with a minimal perdiem each day as their daily pay. How can this even be legal?

The airplanes smell so horribly of vomit, urine and fecal matter it irritates your eyes and causes gag reflexes. They refuse to fix broken airplanes, red tags everywhere!!!!! Autothrottles, don't need those, auto speed brakes? Only for Delta! Hell you can carry this airplane for months with no Apu in the summer or one thrust reverser! That's the normal here.

Crew scheduling constantly tries to get employees to fly outside of the 117 as well as "management" flight attendants threat the foreign contract workers when they are called out for breaking duty day and rest requirements.

Airplanes are flown illegally with no certification for GPS, NBD approaches or overlays of any kind and flying into some of the island destinations in the weather that was standard practice! We are certified VmC only for certain places. Dynamic really changed the definition of ceiling!

Stay the heck away from this place.

Their shady labor practices which are highly illegal, constant lies, complete mismanagement, revolving door from top to bottom should be a sign to everyone to stay far far away! The best thing to come of this place as of yet is a pay change! Yes a pay change you say???? They want wide body international guys or gals to fly a 767 for 30,000 a year!!!!!!!!!! GTFOH.

attached is the letter sent out from our new "CEO" who supposedly is job searching. notice the illegal cut in owed pack pay. North Carolina dept of labor doesn't agree with that policy

(Sent on behalf of "first last name", CEO)

Dear Dynamic Team,

I want to update you on two items regarding payroll.

First, the payroll that was due last Friday, July 22, will be paid in two equal installments beginning tomorrow, July 29. The second installment will be paid next week on a date to be determined.

Second, I am implementing a pay reduction retroactively for the pay period beginning July 16, 2016. It is my intention to issue the payroll for this period on the normally scheduled payday of August 8, 2016.

Here are the details of the pay reduction for all employees and contractors:
If annual compensation is $60,000 or more, the percentage reduction will be 50%.
If annual compensation is from $30,001 to $59,999 compensation will be reduced to $30,000.
If annual compensation is $30,000 or less, there will be no change.
Additional details:
A hardship committee will be established consisting of representatives from Human Resources, labor and management groups to evaluate exceptions to the policy on a case by case basis. More details regarding this will be provided later.
It is my intention to repay the foregone wages including 3% simple interest at some time in the future contingent upon the company’s ability to do so. I must emphasize that this is not a guarantee, but a commitment that I will try to honor.
I know the impact this will have on you including myself, and I regret having to take this action. However, it is necessary to do so at the current time in order to reduce the pressure on our cash.

As you know, we have had numerous and substantial flight cancellations, sub-service operations and passenger re-accommodations. All of this has cost a lot of money and given rise to the current crisis. I have been empowered by ownership to make the necessary changes to fix the airline and I intend to do so.

I know what we must do to get back on track, but I cannot do it alone. I need each of you to do just one thing in addition to doing your jobs and that is to keep the customer coming back. If we lose our customers, we lose the very source of our livelihood and we will not make it. If you do that, we can get out of this situation and get back to normal.

I need your ideas and suggestions to cut costs and improve revenue. I truly believe in the saying that ideas do not come with titles. If you have suggestions, bring them forward. If you feel your ideas aren’t being heard, send them to me.

In my experience I have seen people deal with extremely difficult or impossible situations and succeed. When that has happened, it occurred because people worked together as a team and were united in a common goal.

I believe in the future of this company and in the many talented people who work hard every day to run this airline. We will get through this and there will be better days ahead.

Best regards,

"Person"
CEO

Again I came here with an open mind. But they have done nothing but burn people from the top down and what you read about the management group is unfortunately true.

This place is garbage with a capital G.
