I was an NAA refugee that took a job at DYA. Every negative comment about them is absolutely true. I was out on unpaid sick leave with pneumonia last November when I got an email from ms Dant that my services were no longer needed. No mention that I had refused to fly an aircraft leaking fuel from both wings in Saipan, that I had refused to violate duty regs as directed by the DO in Macau, or that I was owed more than $7000 in unpaid per diem and expenses.
Long story short, I filed a wage theft complaint against them with the NC Department of Labor and eventually got my money. I have a current complaint against them with the EEOC regarding firing me with my temporary disability at the time. I'm afraid my buddies still trying to keep this ship of thieves afloat will never see a dime of what DYA owes them.

It looks like a bunch of good drivers there who need to move on. The market is hot. Pay for international flying is at an all time high. Unbelievable a pay cut at this time of aviation history. Fuel is cheap load factors are high. Who can't make money? Is the CEO still the owner or did he pass the torch? Migration to greener pastures looks obvious. Not sure who is responsible for this sad shape, tis a shame. Good luck guys
