Bad decisions were made from the start, starting with the hiring of incompetent personnel, someone mentioned here already "you can't build a master piece with 36st. people" they don't know nothing except a "D" type of operation at best, and for them to make eastern an "A" type of organization it was wishful thinking. Check Airman & instructors being promoted by their buddies rather then qualification, unprofessional is an understatement for some ( some within the pilot group said), it's sad to see them ruining an icon name in aviation history.

Well, actually, I wouldn't mind knowing. I think his intent is harmless besides it's the D.O. that's the issue. There would have to be a good reason to leave Via to go back to OA. Honestly johnnyprop, wish you the best. Sorry I was a bit rude to you.

It's late for them regardless of these.

I could not agree with you more. The instructors and check airmen there do not like to teach. All they did was belittle you, sit back and make smart @ss comments starting with the DT on down with the exception of maybe 2. They are all way over their head. The DO tried but I hear he is given up. The CFO sent out a letter that was full of crap. Meanwhile Swift has a NG cadre in class In training for when they take over. Pilots are bailing. They dont know who the CP or DO is. They sold their MAX slots and nobody knows where they will be in a month. Will be surprised if they are around a month from today.

My sources said that pilots will have to interview. Captjns, based on past performance will determine none only seat position, let alone if they'll be cut loose.
