How are the schedules so far? Pay accurate on the profile page? Are upgrades merit based or seniority? Overall, are the pilots on property happy?

Another Eastern hopeful here. What's it take to get a call?

Little late to the party on this but... G4 has a tiered pay scale dependent on company profitability. So right now the FO pay is similar, CA is a good amount behind what G4 makes. But if profitability at G4 drops? So will the pay, the lowest tiered pay scales are really really bad at G4, like almost Miami Air bad. Of course, EAL is also a new non-union start up so management can change the pay to whatever they want. Food for thought.

I guess the likes of Miami Air, and major carriers never experience unplanned mechanicals.

Do you honestly think the group at EAL woke up that morning to come up with a plan to inconvenience the Rays?

The management team, as i've said before, are the children of the corn. The ones no one wants. They will, like happened to Pan Am and Braniff, turn the Eastern name into a pathetic company. It's both sad and disgusting to watch. And yes, I would not put it past them to Eff up a charter. Those aircraft are brand new. *** over. Oh yeah, had to re read what I just wrote.
