No breadsticks and cognac, you be assured of that.
I was on 36th Street yesterday, some of the rEastern buildings are still recognizable, including the cafeteria and the Hartley Training a Center.

Any airline starting in this manner is destined to fail. Flying garbage contracts from falcon and teams around is not the way to start let alone in Miami. Idiotic strategy run by airline rejects.
If nothing changes it will meet the same fate as Pan Am 2-3 and 4.
I saw 2 eastern 737s parked in FLL and one had Florida Panthers hockey logo on it.
I see more of them parked than flying around.
I give it 24 months until it fails completely.

Hopefully it wont be that way. I don't work for them, but I hope 1 day I will. The way I see it, is an other company providing career opportunities for many. And eventually will brake the monopoly that American has in Miami.
if you see the panthers airplane In FLL is because eastern is getting pay for having that airplane seating it is dedicated exclusively to the Panthers. The other airplane was in FLL because it was doing WW II veterans flight to Washington.
The company have 5 airplanes and 2 more by February, expecting to have 10 by the end of 2016. With the new airplanes starting to come in 2017.
I am following Mr. E.W , and so far he has accomplished everything he saids. I am not saying it is easy or it is going to be easy. But we have to wish them best.
Specially if I want to work there. 😄
My Two cents To Help Eastern.

but so far the company is providing jobs , and I hope the company keeps growing, to keep more people employed, and instead of being negative, you should be glad that some one decided to reopen the company. And as long as I get pay, and base in Miami I will be happy.
