I chatted (ok emailed) Matt the DO and he did tell me FO pay raises were coming first of the year. Not sure if this helps/hurt sanyone making their choice but it is nice to know. Looks like good things happening with Via. I really hope I’m at the beginning of a bigger “something”, it could be a fun ride.

Probably applies to the 121 side. 'Overtime pay' (working past 16 days/month) has increased for both sides already.

Last class was 4 and they let 1 go prior to sim.

they are planning 12-14 in that class. So they’ve may be having issues finding that many. Rumor is pay increase coming. Fingers crossed.
