Default surprised

I am just surprised how this unsafe and shady operation is still in business. After all of the stuff I hear about them from the guys who work there and with the last customer service issues they had , I just sit at home and enjoy and laugh at this place, personally, i was there a very short time, good people on the line, but the cocky management and idiots who lead this pilot group such as the demo guy and midget chief pilot, they deserve all this. Its all Karma from the way they treated some of the well professional guys on the line. Dont see this place lasting long. I still laugh my lungs out from that stupid assistant chief pilot who said we will compete and overtake our competitors such as Jetblue etc. Just shut up dude, one of the most stupid assistant chief pilot and chief pilot combo I have seen. Glad i left them and today I am in a widebody outfit in my career airline.

They had a second group starting, sent the first group home for two weeks to run them all through together is what I heard.

Also heard it was four resignations, and that three decided to come right back. Apparently they tried a change this or we quit type of thing. One went to Endeavor. Two prior employees that left in March are also either back or coming back.

There’s a Via thread in the regionals OTHER section now too.

Demo left in March. Definately a stepping stone regional job, but aren’t they all? Glad you found your destination job.

Do you guys have a JS agreement with Southwest? I live in Dallas, would it be possible to maximize by days at home by riding on SWA, or is that not feasible?

They are adding jumpseat agreements regularly; American, Southwest and JetBlue are in progress I'm told, but not yet approved. Last I checked it was Spirit, Frontier, Alaska, ExpressJet, Allegiant, and a host of cargo carriers. They're a 2.5 year old 121 that never had a jumpseat coordinator until this year. So, they're doing pretty good adding reciprocal agreements.

Jump seating is not going to help you because its not needed! They supply you a ticket home . .or expect you to drive! But please be aware if you come here, this place is a ******Show and know that until they get their act together your certificate will be in jeopardy and you will be working max duty days and 100 hours a month! Go some other place that respects their pilots.

While I comprehend what you’re saying, the solution is staffing. If you had the staffing how would it be then otherwise? So, telling people to stay away only hurts you and those you’re flying with.

Ideally, they should pull back on some flying until the staffing picks up.

Because so many that worked there were wronged. You just might be the only one who enjoyed it there as you continue to champion on their behalf.
The rest of us are looking out for fellow pilots. Your constant exaggerations of the truth lure others in to the same fate the rest of us shared are trying to prevent.

Exactly! Bringing any good pilot into this ill fated organization without eyes wide open is not fair to them!
