Swift air

Obviously I'm interested in applying I'm just a little curious about the scheduling. I know Swift promotes 12 days off per month, is that a min of 12 days off? or is it a 12 days off no matter what and you fly every other day.
Basically I'm trying to see if getting up to 15+ days off a month is possible or if every month is gonna be 12 days off, 18-19 days on. I'd be a commuter so obviously 12 days off with mostly day trips would imply a crash pad a lot of time away from home

Miami Air has been on the radar for a while. Swift approached them several years ago, and was told where to stick the offer. My beer came out my nose with the Allegiant part

I don't know if he was being funny or serious but if he was serious it's definitely not Allegiant. MIA Air has like 7 737-8. I still don't know and at least some in the new hire class he said it to are doubting that we even bought someone. You would think there would be a press release by now.
Possibly waiting until the next business quarter to do the deal or something like that.
I genuinely have no idea. I logged on to here to see if anyone knew yet.

Wouldn’t be surprised if it had something to do with dynamic/eastern

I'm interested in Swift and was curious about everyone's opinions on QOL for commuters. I have an 18 month old at home and a new born so seeing my girls grow up is pretty important to me. Moving to domicile isn't out of the question, but it wouldn't be for a year or two. I was hoping someone would answer a few questions for me.
Is reserve at your base or is it home standby?
How long is reserve currently?
Are most trips still in the "day trip" category or more overnights?
Junior base(s)?
How many hours are typically credited/flown per month? Is everyone getting the minimums or they crediting pretty high?
I appreciate the help.
