Swift air

I'm interested in Swift and was curious about everyone's opinions on QOL for commuters. I have an 18 month old at home and a new born so seeing my girls grow up is pretty important to me. Moving to domicile isn't out of the question, but it wouldn't be for a year or two. I was hoping someone would answer a few questions for me.
Is reserve at your base or is it home standby?
How long is reserve currently?
Are most trips still in the "day trip" category or more overnights?
Junior base(s)?
How many hours are typically credited/flown per month? Is everyone getting the minimums or they crediting pretty high?
I appreciate the help.

MIA has short call reserve which is 2hrs. STBY on your schedule is long call which is a 10hr call out time. If you don’t live in base you’ll have to commute.
Mostly day trips at all bases. Only exception is VIP which they don’t seem to be basing anyone there. Right now it’s summer and we have vacation flying so trips have running from 7 days to 2 weeks long which will be overnights.
Most junior right now probably MIA.
Credit varies by base and flying type, most flying except for VIP end up about 70-90hrs a month. VIP during hockey season you’ll be lucky if you fly 30hrs.

You could probably hold IWA out of training. If you need a certain day off there’s 2 personal days a year. Dropping trips is not like your traditional airline via flica, you’d have to probably email scheduling manager to see if they can move days if possible. I never had any problems trying to get a certain day off. Just got to be on top of it.

Right now we are growing like crazy,,, probably a little too fast as everything is a mess right now. Supposed to be at 30 planes by the end of the year, making us the largest narrow body charter company. There are rumors of another acquisition (Miami Air) but its speculation at best right now. At some point, Dynamic/Eastern will fully integrate with Swift (our DO just left to go there) but who knows. As far as routes, new contracts seem to be added daily,,, see first comment. Hiring just about everyone that applies, since the work environment is absolutely insane

Also, went to the website, couldn’t find hiring minimums. Just says commercial multi. I know there’s more to coming than 250 and a commercial multi

It’s just madness right now with all the flying they bid on, training back ups and personnel shortages, not enough back up aircraft to anticipate AOGs. Doesn’t help having operations in North America and flying across the pond in Europe.
They claim by August they will be at compliment!

Flying across the ocean to Europe in a 737 should be anything but comfortable. Hope they snag a seat in first class for the pilot to rest
