Try this:

Because you'll end up there anyway wishing you'd gone there in the first place.
MA has recently dropped their three year training bond requirement and upped their pay.

Isn't another airline doing Miami air flying?

Nothing has changed company wise, no new raises since last posting. Flying for the summer is starting next month in full swing.
Cargo plane is still flying out of MIA. MIA Cuban flying has slowed down.
Doing casino junket flying out of ENV.
VIP flying still ongoing with concert tours for the summer.
Still no NGs on property or anyone trained on them either.
Only change is now they're back to using panam for training, which I'm not particularly a fan of.
Supposed to pick up another 400 this summer not sure when.
They're trying to start 2 classes next month is what we're told for attrition.
They had announced an upgrade bid back in February for 4 CAs and no results were ever announced.

Just to add to what mexipilot has said.
I'm guessing the MIA flying will increase as the EAL planes come on line, due to absorbing the Eastern contracts.
The cargo flying has increased against all odds but management do have a background in freight so expect to see that part expand in the future.
Rumor has it that another plane will be added to the ENV Casino flying.
Manuals are in the process of being updated with the first NG slated for June and then one every other month, differences training is being planned.
The training department is in the process of being overhauled, PanAm is probably not the way to go, time will tell.
The Captain bids were sent out for IWA and SAT and then they unexpectedly got the AEX base, it seems they are scrambling to get crews based there so expect to see openings in AEX which will be hard to fill.
Swift Air is on an upward trajectory at the moment, expect to see 19 planes by the end of this year. Due to increased attrition they are going to have to revisit pay and benefits at some point probably later than sooner as they tend to be reactive instead of being proactive when it comes to planning.
There are a lot of changes coming and it probably won't be easy going forward but with the rumored new investment and the proven sales department it seems that it's in their own hands to either make a really good go of it or screw the whole thing up, I'm guessing its 50/50 on which way it will go.
