You obviously didn't get far enough along to get out of training. Training is radio silence. Crew scheduling would love to put a satphone implant in your head that auto answers the way they attempt to contact pilots.

That's a long time to be stuck on min pay waiting for those emails. No money and not gaining flying hours to eventually upgrade. Raw deal.. I don't blame you guys for choosing to leave.

This companies communication is beyond low, I will pay back the bonus some how, but it still irritates me that I have sent many inquiries about uniform items I never received from Bonnie at crew outfitters, when I received my last check they took the remaining balance for uniforms in a lump sum without accounting for the missing items and a parking pass that I never received. I have yet to get a response from them. But I have received no less than 4 emails and a bill for the bonus. This is a far different "we are family" picture they painted during the interview.

It's been over a year and I still don't have a hat that I paid for...

Took me 8 months to get everything, I had to become a pest in bonnies ears for me to get everything. I built a schedule on my phone calendar to call bonnie every 2 weeks till I get everything(which I shouldnt have to do to get wat I pay for). I also started asking for her manager cuz im NOT gonna pay for stuff and dont receive it. I think she knows my name by heart now. But I got my s%$t. I learnt this nickle and dime attitude from Company management.

FWIW, it’s not just Bonnie. Crew Outfitters sucks EVERYWHERE.
