To be honest, I don't remember exactly what they were now. I snagged the interview between flights while working my current job & the interview was over four weeks ago. My last month of survey (Jan 2019) I flew over 200 hours so my brain has already dumped the specifics. Crazy record setting month for both myself and my company. I think the approach was an ILS to EWR, and I don't remember the SID, but it might have been from IAD. Nothing special for either though.

Show up ready to study. Form a study group day 1. Arrive knowing the limitations they gave you and the memory items verbatim. You’ll be fine. Great instructors.

Thanks Fred! When will I get the limitations and memory items? At the time I get the finger prints and logbook review? I go to Cleveland for that Monday. Also, where is the ATP/CTP done?

Seconded on the limitations knowledge. The very first thing they do on day one of systems is hand you a quiz that is effectively all of the knowledge on the handout. Know that cold before you hit systems so you don't look like an untrainable dummy.

The quiz is not a pass/fail thing (or so they told us). Apparently it's used as a benchmark of your knowledge at that point. You'll take the same quiz toward the end of systems and the combination of the two quizzes will give the training manager an idea of whether you have 1) studied in the first place and 2) learned what you didn't know up front. Why is this important? Because if you are struggling later on it will give them a better idea of whether to help you or not. You have to meet them half way and study these limitations before you show up.

That said, I did not bother to study the QRC as I did not expect the quiz and felt I would pick up the QRC later in training. Fortunately the second quiz I aced because I had studied it by that point. Don't repeat that mistake. Be ahead of the game.

And speaking of the QRC, note that we just got a new rev of that that includes, among other things, a "holy **** my EFB is on fire what do we do with it" checklist. If the study guide does not have this updated revision of the QRC on it, ask your recruiter to get you an updated copy. No sense studying an antiquated QRC.

I just completed onboarding today. The study guide has the EFB EP on it.

So- where can I find the best gouge for this interview as well as all the other regionals? I will be taking a pre interview timed written late next week, so I will be buying some ATP written prep software like Sheppard or Dauntless it looks like as well....

Thanks all.

Breathe, relax and don't fall asleep during your Systems Integration class.
