Default What is "all" on profile

Can anyone explain the "ALL" FO payscale column? Is that with bonuses figured in? With everything I've read in this section, it seems that all dash 8s are parked and it's 145s only.

Thanks in advance

The "all" fo pay is how we are currently paying fo's. One year after IOE, we pay second year Dash Ca rates for the fo's. This rate is not guaranteed for new hires as it will expire at the end of this year since it is not in the contract. I see this getting extended into the new contract when it comes out for a vote.

Dash CA pay for FO’s will not be extended. It was a stop gap measure put in place to stop the hemorrhaging of FO’s when the company did a displacement bid of junior dash FO’s over senior Jet FO’s for Captain upgrade. The company stupidly did not realize that it expires Dec 2019 but still advertised it as something they would do - so no - you are not going to get this $ after Dec 2019. What I would expect is a revised pay scale as part of the new contract should the company actually bargain in good faith. Contract is ammenable in September, but don’t expect the company to be at the table right then.

The fact that they proposed extending it several months ago, far ahead of expected start of negotiations, leads me to believe they thought that would be preferable to a badly needed uptick in rates across the board. I'm glad the union pushed back but this does not bode well for negotiations.

To expand on this, first year FO pay drops to 38/hour, second year 39/hour in December.

No it does not. The pay rate after 12/1/19 will revert back to dos 4 contract rates.

Fo pay rate year 1 will increase to 38.02, year 2 would be 40.56. By the time someone gets hired today, I would bet the new contract would be signed and the 2nd year pay would be closer to the current dash ca pay that is already being paid.

I do not see any new hires that start today missing out on second year pay that we currently have. Those that finished Ioe at the end of last year though, I can see getting their pay dropped back to $40 for a few months until the new contract is signed.

I'm just waiting on my 1st class medical to come back then application will be submitted in May so I have a somewhat vested interest in how this will shake out.

Thanks everyone for your insight and info on what may actually hit the bank account.
